What Sessions Can Offer

Personal sessions are one-on-one meetings designed to support emotional regulation, creative flow, and self-connection. Sessions are intuitive rather than prescriptive, adapting to what feels most supportive for you—whether that’s conversation, reflection, or creative exploration.

​Here is a list of some possible subjects for discussion or practice:

  • Mindfulness and Meditation Instruction: Beginner to advanced mindfulness skills (9+ years of experience)
  • Mindfulness for Families and Kids: Guidance on bringing mindfulness into family time, fun mindfulness activities for kids, and insight on integrating mindfulness/meditation/self care into parenting and other family dynamics
  • Stress and Emotional Regulation: Certified HeartMath Practitioner trained in managing stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation

  • ​Pay for 6+ sessions in advance, get 10% discount
  • Pay for 12+ sessions in advance get 22% discount
I can occasionally offer a sliding scale to offer my services for a lower price so my services can be widely and continuously accessible. I also am open to discussing work trade with local clients. Please indicate in the notes if this is something you're interested in. I accept online payments through PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. I also accept cash and check payments from my local clients.
The structure of my sessions is flexible and responsive to what we're working on. I prefer to include a combination of discussion and practice of mindfulness, meditation, or skill-building (ie: emotional regulation skills). I usually start the session with discussion to hear about what's going on with you, then I'll offer my thoughts on what practice or guided meditation I think would be most beneficial, which we will do together. Some clients prefer to begin our session with a guided meditation/mindfulness practice to calm and center before starting any discussion, and others find they prefer to talk for a period of time before they're able to settle into the practice portion of our time together, so if there's a certain structure you prefer as we work together, please let me know!
* I travel around the general Tampa Bay Area for in-person sessions, and prefer to host our session at specific locations that are convenient for both of us.
​If our session cannot be held at one of these locations or requires more than 55 min of driving from me there will be an additional $11 charge for to compensate my travel needs. ​

Please let me know when you have available time over the next 2 weeks, and I will respond with what availability I have myself to see if we can find a good time for both of us.  

    If we've done a session before or if we have set up a reoccurring session schedule, you do not need to fill out this application.
    ​For your convenience, returning clients can message me through text or email to book a session anytime.

    This is only so I can contact you about the session. You won't receive any marketing emails.

    Sending a payment before I send you an email confirming your booking and requesting payment will not reserve your session, and please note I only offer partial refunds for payments sent that I have not formally requested.

Sessions vs Workshops

A session an opportunity for me to extend my services, skills, and practices in a more personalized, interactive, and focused way. In a one-on-one or small group setting, sessions focus on your unique goals, challenges, or interests. A session is a wonderful way for me to share individualized practices, techniques, and insights as we share ideas and feedback, overcome obstacles, and develop practices to inspire breakthroughs and deepen understanding with your specific needs in mind. In contrast, workshops are a structured experience designed to introduce or expand on techniques and concepts with a group. In a workshop, I present skills, techniques, and insights to a larger group, guiding participants through varied exercises, discussions, and activities. Workshops create a dynamic environment for shared learning and inspiration, where participants benefit from the collective energy and ideas of the group, sparking new insights and encouraging exploration in a more communal setting.
