Growth + Change

Choices for Global Goodness

Every single choice we make is an incredibly meaningful offering to ourselves, to our community, and to our world. When we make our choices mindfully, we can be very transformative to our global energy. We can choose to accept ourselves, so that others may feel inspired to love themselves as deeply. We can choose to be kind, so that people feel cared for and extend that positivity to others around them. We can choose to eat mindfully, so that we can heal and energize our body and reduce the suffering of other living beings on this planet.
​We can trust our choices when we choose mindfully.
Deepen Your Understanding: Our beliefs shape our perspective, and our perspective creates our reality. Most of our beliefs are inherited for our family, society, and other outside influences. We can look deeply into our beliefs to see what constitutes our perspective. When we choose beliefs that are nourishing, positive, and inspiring, we'll reduce self-doubt, insecurity, fear, shame, isolation, and other negative feelings.

Conscious Expansion

We live in an expanding universe. We live on an expanding physical world. We are expanding living-beings. We can choose how quickly and in what ways we expand by being aware of where we hold our focus. If we keep our attention on learning meaningful wisdom, we’ll expand into a wise being. If we allow our attention to dwell on negative or superficial things, those qualities will expand and become more relevant and active within our reality.

How Are You Holding Yourself Back?

If we resist change, we will miss incredible opportunities for growth.

If we allow fear to consume our thoughts, we will miss the joy of living free. 

Vacation Mind

One of the best things about traveling is the wonder and thrill of experiencing new things! All the smells, sounds, tastes, and sights of a new environment are interesting and stimulating, and simply observing and exploring a new area can make our mind alert and bright. Fortunately, we don’t have to travel anywhere to experience this freshness of mind. We can approach every day like this, tuning into our vacation mind to see everything with eyes of newness and appreciation. Just like when we travel to a new place, we can be a tourist of the present moment, challenging ourselves to spot remarkable things in our surroundings.

Step Outside Your Comfort Zone

It’s easy to shy away from uncomfortable situations and avoid activities that feel like too great of a challenge for us; but we shouldn’t forget the fulfilling feeling of improving and enjoying a new experience. When we push ourselves beyond our comfort zone, we can discover new strengths and insights about ourselves.
