I love myself. I respect myself.
I care about myself. I happily tend to my needs and my feelings. I let go of my anger so I can see more clearly. I let go of worries that drain my energy. Today I will smile at everyone I see. Today I will talk less and listen more. |
I can say “no,” without apologizing, to actions and ideas that harm me or others.
I choose to be aware of what I talk about, to not talk poorly of others, and I refuse to spread news I do not know to be true. I dwell in the present moment. I create peace in the present moment. I observe this moment with open curiosity. This is a wonderful moment. |

Present Moment Mantra for Curiosity
When we’re being present, we’re practicing mindfulness. All we have to do in order to be present is to finish the sentence, “Now I am...”
|
“Now I am doing dishes, Now I am eating a tangerine, Now I am happy.” |
When we use this phrase, we can approach each moment of the day with fresh eyes of wonder.
To compliment this mantra we can breathe mindfully, choose to notice details we don’t usually see, and refrain from comparing this moment to any experience in the past. |
