AND OTHER COMFORTING DRINKS

Mindfully Enjoying Tea

We can reconnect to the present moment easily by holding a cup of warm tea. The warmth of tea is physically comforting and many herbal blends are rich with nourishing benefits. We calm our mind by fully engaging with the sensory experience of consuming our tea. We can breathe mindfully as we inhale the beautiful aroma coming from our cup. We can find ease and freedom from our stress and busy-mindedness by focusing on all the details of our tea - enjoying the smell, the warmth, the weight, and the flavor of our nourishing beverage.

​Sip by Sip. Moment by moment.  There is much to appreciate.
