I love Cory's teachings and have found his delivery style to be one of my favorites. |

My favorite nervous system regulation app. Helps you slow down, assess your current state, then gives you some short exercises to help you shift into a more balanced state. Has an AI chat program for talking through difficult emotions or physical feelings. |

#1 app for sleep and relaxation. Has meditations, daily motivational speeches, sleep stories, mindful movement videos, and more. My favorite part is the calming sounds available for background noise when working. |

Plum Village (located in southwest France) is the largest international practice center in the Plum Village tradition, and the first monastic community founded by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh(Thay) in the West. A wonderful site with lots of great content on mindfulness. |
Wake Up Website
Wake Up is an active global community of young mindfulness practitioners, aged 18-35, inspired by the teachings of Zen Master and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh. We come together to practice mindfulness in order to take care of ourselves, nourish happiness, and contribute to building a healthier and more compassionate society.
