Our Inner Oasis
As we breathe mindfully along with this meditation, we are creating a safe space for our thoughts and emotions. We invite calmness into our oasis as we use slow, deep breathing to clear our mind of stress and worry. No matter what is happening around us or where we are, we can always come back to the safe refuge we've built inside ourselves. The more we practice developing this personal place of peace, the easier it will be to access it when we're needing relief.
